- The appointment or request you make, and the messages we send you about it.
- Your choice about text messages, yes or no: when you chose, the wording you saw or heard, and for the website a scrambled (hashed) identifier of your browser session. We do not keep your IP address. Texts are optional.
- If you call us and leave a voicemail, or speak with our automated assistant, a short recording. We turn it into text so we can help you, and then delete the audio.
How we use it
To book, change and carry out your appointment, to text you about it, to call you back, and to keep a record of the work. We do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile numbers or text consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers to run the website and to send and receive calls and texts on our behalf; they may handle your information only for that purpose.
Payment details
We do not take card details on this website.
